You feel like your truck has plenty of power but the fact is Emission Standards have forced manufactures to de-tune your truck below 2000 RPM. This de-tuning has caused diesels to loose several mileage per gallon over the years.

The main difference between the Econ Performance Module and most electronic diesel performance products is the manipulation of fuel pressure vs fuel volume. Most chips/programmers change injector pulse width which adds for fuel to the engine... the Module changes fuel pressure which enhances the injector plume and increases the fuel atomization.

Excessive injector pulse width modification adds to much fuel volume and can cause the engine to run rich (smoke/heat)... whereas pressure/plume modification causes the engine to run more efficient due to improved fuel atomization. Pressure modification does add slightly more fuel under throttle but the additional combustion performance offsets any negatives.

Installed it and on my first 200 mile trip had approx 2 mpg increase and noticeable better performance. second trip out , pulling 24' Toy Hauler, had a similar experience. Set the selector switch on the 60 hp mode and pulling over the Sierras has never been easier. Very, very happy camer here.

A little to hard to locate the right plug. It would have been nice if the location was more clear and stated that blower tube must be removed in order to gain minimum access to plug.

Great service and the product was received in perfect condition. I currently have it set in the 30 position and can’t leave any positive or negative feedback yet. Very easy to install once I googled where my fuel pressure sensor was located.  Tomorrow I will endeavor on a trip from Va to WI. I will be towing a 5x8 cargo trailer loaded heavy as well as the bed of my truck loaded heavy. This will be the test of if I’m keeping it or not. More to follow.

I previously owned a 2008 F-250 with disappointing fuel mileage. In 2014 I upgraded to a new F-250 6.7. The fuel mileage was better but still disappointing. On a trip from Idaho to Florida this year (2018) I decided to order Pro Module. Towing a 14000 lb. 5th wheel RV I averaged 9.5 mpg. I installed the module in Florida and the return trip averaged 11.5 mpg. Now satisfied !  But what about non-towing. A resent trip from Boise, ID to Missoula, MT and return the truck averaged 20 mpg. That’s an increase of 3-3.5 mpg from previous trips. Very satisfied !
