Duramileage Tuning is Guaranteed for 10,000 miles... or 6 months from date of shipment to the customer. To be eligible for the guarantee the customer must register their install mileage by emailing the truck's mileage to mileage@powerupdiesel.com
Diesel Domination LLC will not refund the purchase price after 6 months from date of shipment of the Duramileage tuning.
Since DURAMILEAGE TUNING is produced "in-house" it is the ONLY product we can stand behind when it comes to workmanship and proven performance. Thank you for your understanding.
All other third-part aftermarket products purchased from PowerUpDiesel.biz are warrantied by the Original Manufacturer and are non-returnable to Diesel Domination once they have been installed on your vehicle. This includes exhausts, air induction, filters, electronics, and interior/exterior parts.
We strive to ONLY offer third-party aftermarket products that we hold in high esteem for their quality.
If a customer is not satisfied with their Duramileage tune they must ship us the original tuned ECM to reflash it back to stock GM settings before a full credit can be made.
